| Hello all, using a translator to type this. I am from New Hampshire in the USA. I found this site from a forum and tried one of the recipes. I use my 6 burner grill for all bakes over 500 degrees f because I have not yet purchased a proper oven like the ones you can buy. I am thinking about trying to import one. None that I see is the us have upper and lower separate elements to control and none appear to go as high as yours do> 800f. I am starting research into oven to buy |

I have std. American Breaf flour, Vital wheat gluten (to raise the protein) and also Caputo 00 Pisseria flour(blue bag) Will any of these flours work?
